Search Engine & Social Media Marketing Manager

TriCoastal is an emerging real estate investment platform in the vacation rental investment sector. They are seeking a talented and data-driven marketing whiz to join their team as a Search Engine & Social Media Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for crafting and testing innovative digital marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and client growth. 

To excel in this role, they are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: 

Search Engine & Social Media Marketing Guru: An experienced Google Ads certified professional, ideally with a proven track record in the real estate sector. You’ll possess a deep understanding of social media storytelling and growth hacking techniques to create engaging content and build a strong online presence. 

Campaign Leader: You have a demonstrable history of leading successful search engine marketing, social media marketing, and email drip campaigns that consistently achieve ambitious growth targets. 

Independent & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You can manage projects independently and deliver on goals efficiently. 

Creative Spark (which is Optional): Proficiency in design tools like Canva for creating eye-catching graphics and basic video editing skills are a plus. 

Data-Driven Decision Maker (is Preferred but not necessary): Knowledge of analytics tracking and reporting for Google Ads and social media platforms allows you to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. 

Exceptional Communicator: Native or near-native English language skills are essential for clear and concise communication.  

What will you do at the job? 

You’ll be crafting and managing the company’s online presence across various platforms. This includes creating and scheduling Google Ads campaigns, content calendars for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and email marketing drip campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for growing the company’s social media following by posting engaging content, attracting followers from competitors, and analyzing competitor activity. In addition, you’ll be designing lead generation ads for different platforms and analyzing key marketing metrics to optimize content and conversions.

As a part time industry mentor or specialist, you will be responsible for fellow success by helping them develop their technical interviewing skills through a variety of online sessions. You will work cross-functionally with their career mentors to provide up-to-date, relevant information to help their fellows not only pass interviews but gain confidence in their abilities!

Here’s what they are looking for in a mentor: 

You’re in the know: You have a deep understanding of what it takes to land a job in one of their industry tracks. Bonus points if you’ve been on the other side of the table, conducting interviews and assessing candidates. 

Experience is key: You have at least 3 years of solid experience in one of their industry areas. Prior teaching experience is a major plus, but not a dealbreaker! 

Tech-savvy rockstar: You’re fluent in the technologies and knowledge relevant to your area. For example, if you’re a Data Science whiz, they expect you to be an expert in statistics, Python, data manipulation, and all the cool data visualization tools.

Your Responsibilities will be: 

Provide 1-on-1 mentorship on your own schedule (minimum 10 hour/wk commitment). 

Mentors will need to commit a few hours per week preparing materials, leveraging existing Pathrise curriculum content and responding to fellow’s emails . 

Work alongside other Pathrise Mentors and learn how to best meet the needs and learning styles of your fellows. 

Guide fellows through both technical and behavioral aspects of the job search, such as technical interview prep, discussing technical requirements of their background, and more. 

And facilitate a thoughtful and inclusive environment for all fellows to learn and grow in their technical skills to achieve great results and land the job of their dreams!
