Job Purpose

AI Coordinator provides support to external vendors (raters) through our community engagement platform. 

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide First-level support to our external vendors (raters) on Data Services projects using our community engagement platform
  • Assign support requests to Project Managers in cases where second-level support is necessary
  • Communicate with raters and provide information needed to ensure smooth delivery of Data Services projects 
  • Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues

Skills & Experience

  • Very good verbal and written English proficiency – you would be working in and English-speaking environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer facing role
  • Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other
