Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide First-level support to our external vendors (raters) on Data Services projects using our community engagement platform
- Assign support requests to Project Managers in cases where second-level support is necessary
- Communicate with raters and provide information needed to ensure smooth delivery of Data Services projects
- Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues

Skills & Experience
- Very good verbal and written English proficiency – you would be working in and English-speaking environment
- Previous experience in customer support or customer facing role
- Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
